Insurance Coverage

We accept most insurance plans and will be glad to file for you. Current insurance information and correct address is important for prompt claim reimbursement. Please be prepared to pay your co-pay at the time for the visit if possible. Most insurance companies do not pay for refractions (measurements for glass prescriptions and you may be required to pay additional fees for this service at the time of your visit.
